Burst pipes are one of the most damaging plumbing failures. Pipes can split from age, corrosion, high water pressure, physical damage or tree roots, and a pressurised pipe can release a lot of water quickly.
A4plumbing repairs burst and split pipes in walls, ceilings, under houses and in yards. We'll also check whether high pressure or ageing pipework contributed, so the same thing doesn't happen elsewhere.

Common problems we help with
- Split copper or polybutylene pipes
- Burst flexible hoses under sinks and toilets
- Damaged pipes from renovations or digging
- Underground service pipe failures

Prevention and maintenance tips

- Replace ageing flexible hoses
- Locate pipes before drilling or digging
Questions customers ask
Can I use tape to stop a burst pipe?
Tape may slow a small leak briefly but isn't a repair. Turn off the water and call a licensed plumber.
